Not Gym.

Not Group Class

 Not Personal Training.

So What Are We?

Top questions we get asked:

  • "How much is your membership fee?"
  • "What kind of classes do you run at your gym?"
  • "What do Honey Badgers do?"

The fact that you're reading this means that you're either one of these two things:

  1. You are new to fitness, and you're looking at options
  2. You are not new to fitness, and you're looking for something better than what you're doing now.

The fact that these question popped up shows that you're interested in knowing what we do, right? So let me show you how we can help you.

Understanding what you're saying 'YES' or 'NO' to is so first, let's talk about the difference between fitness Classes, fitness Training, and fitness Coaching.

Hi, I'm Felix

I'm the creator of HB, and I want to show you what's different between what we do, and what others do.

- $ -

This is a gym. You pay for a gym when you already have everything you need to know about fitness, and all you want is a place to train at.

- $$ -

This is what an instructor is. You pay for a fun & feel good experience while exercising.

Classes like pump classes, combat, zumba, yoga, spin classes, dance and Pilates comes to mind. Typically classes are run with one instructor to many participants.

Instructors need to go to specialized courses to teach what they teach, so boutique 'gyms' that does purely classes costs more than your average gym. However, the classes are designed for experience rather than results.

- $$$ -

This is a trainer. You pay a trainer for results.

The job of a “trainer” is to:

  • Find out what you need to do based on your goals

  • Tell you what to do in terms of exercise, nutrition, and perhaps even mindset

  • Keep you accountable to your commitment

  • Follow up and motivate you often to keep you from slacking off

The measure of a good trainer is how much results you get…if you do exactly as they say.

Good trainers also often specialize in specific methodologies; whether it be bodybuilding, powerlifting, weightlifting, Crossfit, and even injury rehabilitation. They may also choose to provide guidance on what to eat and do outside of training sessions so that you can maximize your results.

Trainers often work 1:1, but there are also trainers who conduct micro-group classes that allows clients to "share" a trainer. Places like bootcamps, a Crossfit box, or a powerlifting/weightlifting training facility comes to mind.

This is Coaching. That's us!

When you pay for Coaching, you're paying for the expertise to help you figure out how to do the stuff needed for results.

That may mean stuff you already know you should be doing, but don't do.

An example of someone in need of Coaching is one who wants to stop smoking, but somehow...can't.

This has nothing to do with willpower or discipline - it's about what's going on in the person...internally.

Here, we call that your 'relationship with fitness'

Therefore, Coaching unlocks possibilities. It's different from Training, which is about telling you what to do.

When possibilities are unlocked, fitness become easy. When fitness becomes even a little bit difficult, we'll have a conversation about it.

So if you're curious how Coaching can help you:

  • Pay LESS money
  • See faster results
  • Get LONGER lasting results
  • At your own pace...

...and if you're willing to spare 20-minutes at your own timing, I'll share with you:

  1. A HUGE problem everyone faces...but don't know about
  2. How the general beliefs of fitness have been making it worse
  3. How we plan to solve it for you

And since you're willing to spend 20-minutes in understanding the values we can give you, we'll give you a special offer at the end of it to sweeten the deal and help you get the results you want.

Here's ALL the stuff you'll be learning in this short presentation:

  • How Coaching saves you MORE time, money, and effort than Trainers, Instructors (classes), and Gyms
  • How to determine whether a Coach is good...or not.
  • The ONE thing that everybody's missing...but don't even know it.
  • The Three Things that determines a Training Direction.
  • Two things HB does differently than everybody else.
  • Our '3 Core Value Pledge' to clients.
  • And much, much more...

Sounds good? Great. Then click the button below to access our 20-minute live call presentation.

I'll see you later.
