Week 4 Day 2:

WAY OF LIFE, OR JUST A PHASE?

So often we see people embark on their fitness quests with the sole focus on ‘completing the challenge’.

 

What usually happens after is that they felt the need to ‘rest’ after a long & grueling fitness mission. A few cheat meals, some skipped workouts here and there, and before they knew it they’re completely off track...and their weight came back on.  

 

Coming to this last stretch of the program, it is now more important than ever to understand a crucial, make-or-break fact about fitness...
