CUMULATIVE FITNESS

Not all exercises are created equal. Some creates a diminishing return (the longer you do it, the less you get out of it) whereas there are some which creates increasing returns.

  

The confusion among the public currently is that people tend to assume that all exercises has the same level of long term effect - but this is far from the truth.

 

In today’s lesson, let’s take a look at the kind of training that can give you a cumulative return of investment progressively as you do it over the years.
