BRAIN LAG

Kind of like how your computer can get pr...e..tt..y la..g...g...y when there’s way too many programs running all at once, your mind can ‘lag’ too.

 

Permanent fitness isn’t something that depends on conscious thought...because if it is, fitness becomes an agonizing lifestyle that is completely unsustainable.

 

Permanent fitness requires competent, effective programs running in the background of your subconscious mind so that you don’t have to think about it. But if you have a lot of obsolete programs you no longer use running in the background, you’ll get weighed down.  

 

You’ll “lag”.

 

And the whole fitness experience will start working against you.

 

Today, we’ll talk about the one technique we need to do often in order to declutter the mind and learn how to enjoy fitness better.
