Whenever we look at the sheer amount of work left to do to achieve the fitness what we want, it can sometimes get overwhelming. Or even daunting.
Whatever the feeling is, it comes subtly - it’s easy to shrug it off as “nothing” at first, but as that feeling gradually builds up things can start to feel pretty crappy.
Unchecked, it inevitably gets us to that point where we start to ‘hate’ doing fitness and nutrition.
