Movement Standards for Max Rep (sorted alphabetically):

Back Squat
- When the bar in unracked, the athlete will have to perform the exercise unbroken. . As soon as the bar is racked it will be counted as the first set. The athlete may rest the bar in an upright position.

Bench Press
- When the bar in unracked, the athlete will have to perform the exercise unbroken. . As soon as the bar is racked it will be counted as the first set. The athlete may rest with the bar above the chest level with elbows locked out.

Clean grip high pull.
- When the athlete picks the bar of the ground, the athlete will have to perform the exercise unbroken. If the athlete puts the bar down and lets go of it, it will be considered as the first set. An athlete may rest by holding the bar in an upright position holding onto the bar. The athlete is not allowed to put the bar on the floor to rest. The start will be from the hang position and finish at the hang position. A front rack position is not allowed.

DB deadlift
- When the athlete picks the DB of the ground, the athlete will have to perform the exercise unbroken. If the athlete puts the DB down and lets go of it, it will be considered as the first set. An athlete may rest by holding the DB in an upright position holding onto the DB. The athlete is not allowed to put the DB on the floor to rest. Letting go at any point of the set will result in a broken set.

DB front squat
- As soon as the athlete places the dumbbells in a front rack position he/she has begun her first set. If the DB rest at any other part other than the shoulder the set will be broken. Only a front rack position is allowed.

DB push press
- As soon as the athlete places the dumbbells in a front rack position he/she has begun her first set. If the DB rest at any other part other than the shoulder the set will be broken. Only a front rack position is allowed.

Deadlift
- When the athlete picks the bar of the ground, the athlete will have to perform the exercise unbroken. If the athlete puts the bar down and lets go of it, it will be considered as the first set. An athlete may rest by holding the bar in an upright position holding onto the bar. The athlete is not allowed to put the bar on the floor to rest.

Hang Cleans
- When the athlete picks the bar of the ground, the athlete will have to perform the exercise unbroken. If the athlete puts the bar down and lets go of it, it will be considered as the first set. An athlete may rest by holding the bar in an upright position holding onto the bar. The athlete is not allowed to put the bar on the floor to rest. The start will be from the hang position and finish at the hang position. A front rack position is not allowed.

Incline DB bench press
- When the DB is in position ( above chest level ), the athlete will have to perform the exercise unbroken. . As soon as the DB is put down on the floor it will be counted as the first set . The athlete may rest with the DB above the chest level with elbows locked out.

Overhead squat
- As soon as the bar is in position ( above head ) , the athlete has to complete the set unbroken. The athelete may rest at the top with elbows locked out. Putting the bar down will result in a broken set

Pull ups
- As soon as the athlete grabs onto the bar he/she has begun the first set. Letting go of the bar will result in the set being broken.

Push jerk
- As soon as the bar is unracked, the athlete may choose a conventional push jerk ( shoulder width stance ) or a split jerk ( feet split into a lunge position ) . The athlete may not alternate between the both. The athlete is allowed to rest the bar in a front rack position. If the bar in racked on the cage, it is considered broken.

Push ups
- The set starts when the athlete is positioned in a push up position. The athlete may not rest his chest on the floor, only touch it when performing reps. An athlete may rest in his starting position with elbows locked out.

Strict press
- As soon as the bar is unracked, the athlete will have to perform the exercise unbroken. As soon as the bar is racked it will be counted as the first set. The athlete may rest the bar in a front rack position.

Snatch grip deadlift
- When the athlete picks the bar of the ground, the athlete will have to perform the exercise unbroken. If the athlete puts the bar down and lets go of it, it will be considered as the first set. An athlete may rest by holding the bar in an upright position holding onto the bar. The athlete is not allowed to put the bar on the floor to rest. Letting go at any point of bar during the set will result in a broken set.
