How to use the scale (What weight should I use?)

It’s simple – all the BWODs posted are designed RX’d for Level 4s. Badgers should already know how to perform the fundamental movements safely from attending our regular BWOD sessions. Simply take the weightlifting movement in the BWOD and multiply it with the % corresponding to your level as stated in the table above, and that’s the weight for you – that’s all!

What if I don’t know my level?

Attend our next assessment session, or simply test the weight with multiplications of the above until you’re satisfied that the weight will challenge you, but won’t kill you.
