Jumping Jacks

  • All body cardio to burn calories
  • Improves cardiovascular endurance

Push Ups


Air Squats

  • Works glutes & thigh (hamstring & quadricep) muscles
  • Great burn when done in high reps

Sit Ups

  • Strengthens your midsection


Finish the following in sequence, taking the least amount of time possible:
