Muscles worked: Abdominals, Lower back, hamstrings


1) start by getting seated into the glute ham developer (GHD machine) and make sure that you are in a comfortable position.
2) start by lowering your upperbody downwards into a full extenstion
3) once youve hit full extension, quickly rise back up into your starting position
4) repeat this exercise from beginning to the end.
