WHAT IS "BOLT"?

BadgerWOD: BOLT is the name of our metcon (metabolic conditioning) workouts involving all variations of 'cardio'.

The class, done repeatedly, will raise your stamina & muscular endurance in the physiological spectrum, as well as speed, accuracy, coordination & agility of the neurological spectrum. Expect your heart rate to go UP and burn lots of calories in this short 30 minutes class.
