Basic Squat

Instructions:

1) Standing straight and keeping your back arched
2) Look straight ahead 
3) Keep your body weight on your heels
4) Start by descending down and make sure to hit a good depth in your squats ( bellow parallel )
5) Be sure to keep your chest high during this exercise and refrain from your chest lowering
6) Keep your midsection ( abs ) tight
