Barbell Shoulder Press

  • Works the shoulders

Arnold Press

  • Works shoulders and triceps

Front Raises

  • Strengthen shoulders

Side Raises

  • Strengthens shoulders

Hollow Hold

  • Strengthen abdominals


Perform the exercises as the following:

Barbell Shoulder Press (5 sets of 5 reps)

Arnold Press (4 sets of 8 reps)

Front Raises (3 sets of 10 reps)

Side Raises (3 sets of 10 reps)

Hollow Hold (3 sets of 30 sec - 60 sec)
