REAR DELT FLY

Leg Raises

  • Strengthen abdominals
 
 

Instructions


Perform the exercises as the following:

Deadlift (5 sets of 5 reps)

Bentover Row (4 sets of 8 reps)

Lat Pulldown (3 sets of 10 reps)

Rear Delt Fly (3 sets of 10 reps)

Leg Raises (3 sets of 15 reps)
