Leg Extension

  • Strengthens quads
 

SIT UP

  • Strengthens abs
 
 

Instructions


Finish the following in sequence:

Back Squats (5 sets of 5 reps)

Weighted Lunges (4 sets of 8 reps)

Leg Press (3 sets of 10 reps)

Leg Extension (3 sets of 10 reps)

Sit Up (3 sets of 15 reps)
