Finish the following in sequence:

Back Squat (4 sets of 8 reps)

Bentover Row (4 sets of 8 reps)

Weighted Lunges (3 sets of 12 reps)

Lat Pulldown (3 sets of 12 reps)

Sit Up (3 sets of 15 reps)
